Mixle Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mixle (the "Service"), operated by DataBox Technologies, LLC ("DataBox," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using Mixle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
To use Mixle, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Mixle is intended solely for adults. Individuals under the age of 18 may not create an account, access, or use the Service.
By creating an account or using Mixle, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request age or identity verification at any time and may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information or otherwise fail to meet these requirements.
2. Nature of the Service
Mixle is a real-time, intent-based connection platform designed to facilitate spontaneous, context-driven meetups.
What Mixle Is

- A way to discover others with aligned intent
- A communication channel to coordinate meetups
What Mixle Is Not
- A dating or romantic matchmaking service
- A background-checked or identity-verified network
- A directory or searchable social network
- A guarantee of matches, safety, or outcomes
Key principles:
- All connections are voluntary and mutual
- Intents and connections are temporary and contextual
- Mixle does not process payments between users
3. Assumption of Risk & In-Person Interactions
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.
Mixle facilitates introductions between users. You acknowledge that interacting with others — online or offline — involves inherent risks.
A. No Identity Verification
- Users may be strangers
- Mixle does not verify identities or backgrounds
- No background or criminal history checks are performed
- Profile information is self-reported and may be inaccurate
B. No Monitoring or Supervision
- Mixle does not monitor private conversations
- Mixle does not supervise in-person meetings
- Mixle does not control user conduct offline
C. Assumption of All Risk
You are solely responsible for:
- Deciding whether to interact or meet
- Choosing meeting locations and timing
- Exercising judgment and caution
- Your conduct during any interaction
D. Disclaimer of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIXLE AND DATABOX TECHNOLOGIES, LLC DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, HARM, THEFT, HARASSMENT, ASSAULT, STALKING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM USER INTERACTIONS, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE.
By using the Service, you expressly assume these risks.

4. User Responsibilities

- Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions

6. Child Safety Standards
At Mixle, we are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, or any activity that exploits, harms, or endangers minors.
Age Requirement
Mixle is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under the age of 18 may not create an account or use the Service.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use Mixle to:
- Create, upload, share, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Groom, exploit, traffic, or otherwise abuse or endanger minors.
- Facilitate, encourage, or promote illegal activities involving minors.
- Misrepresent their age or identity for unlawful or exploitative purposes.
Any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter content, behavior, or a user that may violate these Child Safety Standards, please report it immediately by contacting:
We review reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement or authorized child protection organizations where required by applicable law.
Enforcement
Mixle reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Child Safety Standards and to take any appropriate enforcement action, including content removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
7. Content & Communications
A. Your Content
You are responsible for all content you submit, including profiles, intents, and messages.
B. Content License
You grant DataBox Technologies, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely to:
- Operate and improve the Service
- Provide core functionality
- Generate aggregated, anonymized analytics
This license ends when content is deleted, except for anonymized data and messages shared with other users.
C. Moderation
We may remove content that violates these Terms but are not obligated to monitor all content.
8. SMS Messaging Terms (Mixle by Text)
Mixle may offer SMS-based services, including Mixle by Text, which enable users to request networking introductions, receive match recommendations, exchange consent requests, and communicate with other users through text messaging.
By voluntarily initiating a conversation with a Mixle SMS number, submitting a phone number through Mixle, or otherwise opting in to receive SMS communications, users consent to receive conversational text messages related to networking introductions, match recommendations, consent confirmations, event participation, account notifications, and other service-related communications.
Message frequency varies based on user activity and interactions.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

9. Ephemeral Nature of the Service
You acknowledge that:
- Intents may expire
- Matches and chats may be deleted
- Connections are temporary
- Data persistence is not guaranteed
Mixle does not create permanent social relationships or histories.
10. Intellectual Property
All Mixle software, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to DataBox Technologies, LLC.
You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the Service.
11. Termination

You may stop using Mixle at any time. Account deletion requests can be sent to:

We do not guarantee matches or outcomes.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the greater of:
- $100 USD, or
- Amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months (if any)

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DataBox Technologies, LLC from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network outages, government actions, or public health emergencies.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DataBox Technologies, LLC.
