You can request deletion of your Mixle account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request account deletion

Email [email protected] with:

• Subject: Delete My Mixle Account
• Your name
• The email address associated with your Mixle account

We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.

What happens when your account is deleted?

When your request is processed, we will permanently delete:

• Your Mixle account
• Profile information
• Profile photo
• Connection history
• Messages associated with your account (where technically feasible)
• Other personal information associated with your account

Data that may be retained

Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required to:

• Comply with applicable laws
• Resolve disputes
• Enforce our Terms of Use
• Prevent fraud and abuse

Any retained data is stored securely and deleted when no longer required.

Processing time

Most deletion requests are completed within 30 days after identity verification.
